Hope you had a great winter holiday (and the cold was not as freezing as on Janus)! Now, please, take your seat in the carrier as the pledge manager is closing soon.

You have a little time left to confirm your shipping address and edit the pledges that will be shipped to you later. Also, make sure you have enough funds in the bank account you marked as preferred for charging.

Here are the deadlines for the pledge manager and the late pledge:

  • PLEDGE MANAGER will be closed on January 31st
  • PRE-ORDER STORE (LATE PLEDGE) will be closed on 23rd
  • Your cards will be sent for charging no later than February 2nd

Hello there!  

This is Dmitry writing — a Kickstarter manager from Cosmodrome Games.

First of all, sorry for the delay with launching the pledge manager. It took us a while to make everything work as we wanted. Now it should be all good. Check your email boxes from Backerkit and follow the link there 🌿

What is the pledge manager?

I am more than sure that many of you are aware of this term, but in case this is your first Kickstarter campaign — here is a short explanation.

The pledge manager is a survey sent to all the backers of the campaign to collect your shipping addresses and let you add to your order other copies of the game. For those who supported us throughout the campaign but haven't settled on the preferred version of the box (I mean backers of the "Pledge Manager access" level, this is the time to make a decision.

How long will the pledge manager be open?

Till the end of January. After that, the files will be sent to the factory, and production will start. So, both the pledge manager and the pre-order store will be closed at the same time as we will have to finalize the final printing estimations.

What if I miss the deadline?

Well, please, don't. Once the Pledge Manager closes, we won’t be able to deliver unconfirmed pledges.

What if I haven't received the email?

All the backers should have already received it. If you haven't — there are a couple of things you can do:

  • check whether you are checking the same email box as the one given on Kickstarter
  • check your spam folder (typically, the letters from Backerkit are not collected there, but you could redirect them there on purpose earlier)
  • write to me if the email is not found anywhere. My mail is here: [email protected]

If you or some of your friends missed the Frozen Frontier campaign but want to get the game with all Kickstarter exclusives — there is one more chance to do it. We are launching the late pledge on Backerkit!

Late Pledge

Pledge the game there, and it will be shipped due to the timeline shown on our Kickstarter page.

Important! The late pledge works as a pre-order so if you are a backer and have already pledged your game or want to upgrade your pledge level, wait a little longer for the pledge manager.
